Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Architect & Project Manager with 5 -10 years of experience delivering complex architectural projects. This key role requires a confident, detail-oriented leader who excels in project management, client communication, and consultant coordination. You will take full ownership of projects from concept through completion—guiding internal teams, managing timelines and budgets, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate brings together strong design sensibility and executional focus to ensure each project is delivered smoothly on time and aligned with client expectations at every stage.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation, and coordination of multi-family and mixed-use architectural projectsServe as the main point of contact for clients, building trust through proactive, clear communicationManage client expectations and ensure alignment throughout all project phasesOversee project schedules, budgets, and resources using project management toolsEnsure compliance with all applicable Alberta building codes, bylaws, and municipal regulations (e.G., City of Calgary)Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, city and internal teamsProvide technical leadership during pre-design and programming phasesManage the quality and consistency of project deliverablesMentor junior staff and foster a collaborative,
