Lead national restaurant construction for Recipe Unlimited Corporation, overseeing large-scale projects, strategic planning, and construction teams across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the Vice President of Design and Construction, the Director oversees recent restaurant development across Recipe’s diverse brands. This senior leadership role manages project delivery, budgets, quality, compliance, and relationships with contractors, architects, franchisees, and brand leads. The position requires restaurant construction expertise, people leadership, and strong contract management. Key Responsibilities:

Develop annual construction plans and tactical action plans Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and project execution Build corporate and franchise restaurants to specification Lead, coach,



and retain construction management professionals Establish quality processes and construction improvement tools Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field 10+ years of restaurant construction experience 5+ years of people management and leadership experience Large-scale project management and contract negotiation experience Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet Apply strategic leadership, restaurant construction expertise, and project management skills across Recipe Unlimited’s national development portfolio.
