Lead IFRS financial reporting at Alamos Gold Inc. in a hybrid, full-time finance role supporting sites, disclosures, and technical accounting. As Manager, Financial Reporting, you will guide quarter-end and year-end close activities across Alamos operations. The role combines external reporting, technical accounting analysis, policy development, and audit support. You will collaborate with mine-site finance, corporate teams, executives, and business partners to deliver accurate, timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:





Guide sites through quarterly and annual financial close processes Prepare quarterly and annual MD&A; and financial statements Research complex transactions and prepare technical accounting memoranda Maintain accounting policies reflecting IFRS and business operations Support controls, audits, remediation, and reporting improvements Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or relevant field CPA or similar qualified designation required Eight to ten years progressive accounting or reporting experience Prior people leadership or supervisory experience Advanced Excel skills; OneStream, SAP, and Workiva preferred Apply financial reporting, IFRS, MD&A;, and technical accounting expertise to support Alamos Gold’s operations and disclosures.
