This supervisor directs shift supervision to complete production schedules and optimize line performance. The role covers safety audits, incident follow-up, staffing coordination, KPI monitoring, and operator development. It also supports process engineers with troubleshooting, SOP improvements, training plans, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safety and environmental leadership throughout each shift
- Direct shift supervision toward production schedules and performance goals
- Maintain staffing levels and accurate UKG records




- Coordinate manpower movement across production and warehouse teams
- Support process improvement, troubleshooting, and training initiatives

Requirements:

- Three years supervising people in manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong organization, prioritization, and deadline management skills
- Computer proficiency, including strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
