Lead American Eagle merchandising at Square One S.C., using visual standards and team coaching to keep the store guest ready. This is a full-time, variable-shift leadership role.

As Merchandising Team Leader, you support the Store Team Leader by developing and implementing store merchandising strategy. You guide floorset execution, replenishment, sell-through adjustments, and AEO Brand Standards. You also help drive sales, guest loyalty, team development, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement store merchandising strategy with the Store Team Leader
- Coach teams on AEO visual and customer service standards
- Lead floorset execution, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments
- Analyze reporting and trends to support business decisions
- Maintain guest-ready Fitting Rooms and Salesfloors

Requirements:

- Previous retail management experience leading teams
- Passion for AE and Aerie products
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Understanding of team development and employment law
- Versatile availability when guests shop
