Monitor wastewater treatment processes and SCADA systems as a Process Technologist working rotating day and night shifts. Support compliance, safety, and reliable facility operations.

This position supports the City’s wastewater treatment and collection services. You will control assigned areas within a multi-component sewage treatment facility, using process control, sampling, testing, and data analysis. The work may focus on the plant-liquid train, plant solid train, or wastewater collection system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, adjust, and control assigned wastewater treatment processes
- Coordinate responses to process, equipment, and emergency alarms
- Provide technical and operational assistance across assigned systems
- Prepare reports, records,



and operational data
- Support environmental compliance and preventive maintenance requirements

Requirements:

- Three-year Engineering Technology community college diploma
- Five years of process control and operation experience
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment or collection technology
- Knowledge of SCADA, spreadsheets, sampling, and basic testing
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
