Lead warehouse operations at DHL Supply Chain as an Operations Manager II, applying process improvement and team leadership expertise. This onsite position supports effective daily performance.

You will guide Supervisors and indirect reports while strengthening operational execution across DHL Supply Chain facilities. The role focuses on workflows, labor planning, standardized processes, safety compliance, and customer order fulfillment. You will also use KPI reporting to support decisions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop Supervisors and indirect reports
- Implement workflows, labor plans, standards, and operational best practices
- Uphold health and safety compliance across warehouse operations




- Report productivity and accuracy KPIs for informed decisions
- Coordinate customer orders and address service concerns proactively

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least one year of logistics industry experience
- At least two years in supervisory or management roles
- P&L; management, objective setting, and project management preferred
- Ability to support inclusive communication and collaboration
