As Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager, you will work closely with production and management. You will coach employees, guide HSE teams, and embed a robust safety culture. Your work supports compliance with health, food safety, environmental, and OHSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and environmental procedures
- Lead the Occupational Joint Health, Safety, and Environment Committee
- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Develop safety training materials and deliver employee training




- Monitor safety program and documentation effectiveness

Requirements:

- Five-plus years leading safety in manufacturing environments
- Occupational Health and Safety certificate or diploma preferred
- Canadian Registered Safety Technician or Professional designation preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Workers’ Compensation and modified work process experience
