As Supervisor, Inventory Management, you will manage resource planning for material control professionals within L3Harris WESCAM. The role covers inventory, shipping, receiving, financial information, and performance indicators. You will support production control, material handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise resource management for material control professionals
- Manage inventory flow through finished product transfer
- Monitor material delivery against production build plans
- Provide inventory, work-in-progress, and revenue information
- Maintain cycle count, scrap, and storage controls

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Operations Management
- Five-plus years using MRP and ERP systems
- Leadership experience supervising a materials team
- CPIM certification through APICS or equivalent desired
- Master Scheduling experience considered an asset
