As Vice-President, Health, Safety, Security and Environment, you will oversee HSSE processes, systems, and performance. You will shape a strong culture through training, coaching, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will support skilled trades workers, contractors, management, clients, visitors, and other personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee HSSE strategies, processes, and systems
- Promote workplace health, safety, environment, and security awareness
- Implement training programs supporting accountability and cultural change
- Maintain KPIs and use data to guide HSSE policies
- Lead HSSE professionals and reduce environmental impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and occupational or industrial safety certification
- At least 15 years’ general health and safety experience
- Five years’ environmental health and safety experience, or senior leadership experience
- Unionized and manufacturing environment experience
- Fluent French and strong leadership, communication, and management skills
