As a Claims Advisor, you will support customers after fires, hail, tornadoes, and heavy rains. The role involves adjudicating claims, providing advice, and managing complex losses from opening through settlement. You will review damage, negotiate outcomes, and coordinate partners while maintaining trusted customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate, negotiate, and settle Residential and Auto catastrophe claims
- Open claims, arrange appraisals, assign contractors, and finalize settlements
- Review inspection reports and estimates against policy-related damage
- Provide claim updates, repair guidance, and ongoing customer support




- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors during critical events

Requirements:

- Two or more years of claims adjusting experience preferred
- Computer literacy; Xactimate and Xactanalys knowledge considered an asset
- Excellent communication, empathy, compassion, and customer service skills
- Robust investigation, negotiation, organization, and time management abilities
- Provincial claims licensing may be required
