This Design Manager role sits with an established fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial refurbishment projects. You will oversee workplace schemes, manage design teams and consultants, and maintain technical coordination throughout delivery. The position requires experience with interiors, finishes, MEP, and design programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage design processes from pre-construction through project handover
- Coordinate architects, consultants, and specialist subcontractors
- Coordinate interiors, MEP, partitions, ceilings, and joinery packages
- Manage finishes, lighting, and AV/IT design packages




- Ensure designs remain compliant, coordinated, and commercially viable

Requirements:

- Previous Design Manager experience with fit-out contractors
- Robust delivery experience across Cat B workplace projects
- Technical understanding of interior construction, finishes, and MEP
- Experience managing design teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of programmes, submissions, RFIs, reviews, and coordination
