Apex Industries is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and maintain a reliable desktop computing setting. You will enhance the employee IT experience through responsive service, troubleshooting, onboarding and offboarding, and workstation deployment.

You will work in a small IT team, handle routine tasks, follow established procedures, escalate complex issues, and help ensure secure, efficient technology operations across the company.
