Conuma Resources is seeking experienced Welders to join their team at Quintette Mine near Tumbler Ridge, BC. These Welders will perform critical repairs and fabrication on heavy mining equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidates are Red Seal Certified, safety-focused, and eager to work a 7/7 rotation in a dynamic mining environment.

What You’ll Need

- Red Seal Certification (Welder)




- Minimum 4-5 years of related industrial experience in a maintenance capacity within mining or heavy industrial environment
- Completion of Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 7x7 rotation
- Physical fitness for labor-intensive tasks, including working at heights and in tight areas
- Understanding of mining processes and mine monitoring control systems
- Good English communication skills (oral and written)
- Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions
- Proven safety and attendance record
- Knowledge of computer maintenance systems
- Completion of pre-employment testing
