Connective in Maple Ridge, BC is seeking a Residence Worker to support youth in a specialized home. You will help residents with daily living, life skills, and medications under the guidance of the Program Manager, while partnering with families and external professionals.You will work in a unionized environment, with part time 16-hour weeks, Sundays to Mondays early morning, and a focus on trauma-informed care, collaboration, safety, and independent living goals for residents.
