Position: Corporate Counsel – Commercial Engagement Duration: 6 months Location: Montreal (Hybrid/Onsite as required) Hourly pay rate: $90.00-$100.00 commensurate with experience About the Opportunity Elevate has partnered with a leading global natural resources company that supplies essential materials used in infrastructure, technology, and energy transition initiatives worldwide. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to commodity sales, procurement, and trading, including complex pricing and financing structures Provide legal advice on commercial arrangements across the commodity supply chain Support the management of disputes, claims, and supply-related matters Monitor regulatory and legal developments and advise on potential business impacts Collaborate with legal, compliance, and governance teams to ensure best practices Support key initiatives such as digital transformation and decarbonization efforts Develop, review, and maintain legal templates and documentation Deliver legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders Manage relationships with external counsel Construction background Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience,
