The Garry Hurvitz Brain Science Program’s Barzakay Headache Clinic seeks an advanced practice Nurse Practitioner. You will care for patients with headache disorders, mostly migraine, including pregnant patients, older adults, and people with significant comorbidities. The role combines clinical practice, education, leadership, and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic plans of care
- Provide consultation and follow up for headache disorders
- Collaborate with neurologists and interprofessional teams
- Advance access, policies, procedures, and best practices




- Mentor staff across the Barzakay Headache Clinic

Requirements:

- Current Ontario extended class Nurse Practitioner registration
- Master’s nursing degree or post Master’s Nurse Practitioner certificate
- Headache disorder experience and injection technique comfort preferred
- Chronic disease management experience and interest required
- Advanced practitioner, educator, researcher, and leader experience
