As a Project Planning and Scheduling Co-op Student, you will support project planning within Thales Canada’s defence and security industry. You will help maintain integrated schedules, organize project information, and collaborate with project and engineering teams. The placement develops knowledge of project management, reporting, schedule analysis, and change control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and update integrated schedules using Primavera P6
- Translate project scope into structured work breakdowns
- Support scheduling workshops with project and engineering teams




- Track progress and contribute to milestone reporting
- Identify schedule risks and maintain schedule quality

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor’s degree program
- Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English language proficiency is essential
- Eligibility for required Controlled Goods assessment and NATO Secret clearance
