Lead strategic Finance partnership at TD in Toronto, connecting banking economics, portfolio planning and executive decision-making across CPSB.

As Associate Vice President, you will support Real Estate Secured Lending, Specialized Sales Force, Operations and the Chief Operating Officer organization. You will provide forward-looking advice, independent challenge and financial insight across revenue, balance sheet, expense and investment portfolios. The role requires business advisory experience, commercial acumen, strategic judgment and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead portfolio planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management
- Advise on pricing, offers, margins and risk-adjusted returns
- Evaluate channel economics, compensation models and lifetime profitability




- Challenge investment cases, resource allocation and delivery assumptions
- Oversee reporting, controls, allocations and accounting

Requirements:

- Significant senior-level financial management and leadership experience
- Strong banking economics and commercial acumen
- Understanding of secured lending profitability and channel economics
- Robust analytical communication and executive influence skills
- MBA, CPA or CFA would be an asset
