The Quality Analyst supports product functionality, reliability, and performance at the Halifax manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this specialist serves as the main contact for customer escapes. The work combines SRR and QNLI trend analysis, RCCAs, containment, and cross-functional collaboration to address quality and flow KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full scope of the Escape Management process
- Facilitate containment, pre-escape, and official escape meetings
- Initiate RCCAs for internal and external escapes
- Manage Quality Metrics and analyze emerging trends
- Provide updates and training on quality-related topics

Requirements:

- Engineering degree, diploma, Red Seal machinist, or equivalent
- Minimum three years of manufacturing environment experience
- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
