Convergint seeks a Remote Services Technical Support Specialist II with practical physical security experience. The specialist programs systems, integrates devices, troubleshoots controllers and field hardware, and validates functionality. Customer communication, remote diagnostics, field coordination, and commissioning support are central to this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, program, test, repair, and service security systems
- Configure devices, controllers, readers, cameras, and related hardware
- Commission systems through startup, testing, and performance analysis




- Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions
- Provide customer training, documentation, and technical guidance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five to seven years of relevant field experience
- Electronic security industry experience
- Experience with physical security platforms
- Active video and access control certifications preferred
