Lead aviation facilities management for Execaire Aviation, applying maintenance planning and project leadership across operationally sensitive sites. Support protected, compliant, reliable business and air operations.

As Facilities Manager, you will oversee owned and leased facilities, building systems, infrastructure, contractors, and capital improvements. Your work includes preventative maintenance, corrective work orders, budget administration, and stakeholder coordination. You will partner with local maintenance personnel, landlords, FBO operators, consultants, contractors, and Strategic Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure facilities activities meet safety, environmental, security, and regulatory requirements
- Develop preventative maintenance programs for buildings, systems, and infrastructure
- Manage repairs, work orders, response times,



and recurring issues
- Lead capital and leasehold improvement projects through project close-out
- Administer the approximately $3 million annual facilities budget

Requirements:

- Seven years of progressive multi-site facilities experience
- Experience managing contractors and capital or leasehold improvement projects
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant business software
