Drive predictable content delivery for EA SPORTS FC using schedules, stakeholder reporting, and workflow improvements in a hybrid Vancouver setting. Work onsite Tuesday through Thursday at EA Vancouver while coordinating operational initiatives across teams.

As Associate Development Manager, you will report to the Development Director - FC and support content initiatives across the EA SPORTS FC portfolio. The position emphasizes delivery structure, process clarity, status visibility, and workflow improvement. You will partner with Producers, Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage work on time, to quality, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build schedules with milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines
- Align teams on progress, risks, blockers, and next steps




- Document production and partner workflows, handoffs, and dependencies
- Report campaign and seasonal content delivery status
- Implement scalable workflow improvements and automation

Requirements:

- Two or more years in project management or team leadership
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Jira is an asset
