We are seeking a French Automation Tester with strong experience in QA Automation and Contact Center (CCaaS) Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automation test suites, validating customer journeys, and ensuring high-quality delivery across contact center platforms. Experience with Cyara Velocity is highly preferred.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Cyara Velocity automation testing.
- Solid knowledge of IVR and Contact Center Testing.
- Experience with telephony concepts including SIP, routing, queueing, and call transfers.
- Expertise in QA methodologies, test management, and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- French Language Proficiency (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute automated IVR test cases using Cyara Velocity.
- Design, develop,



and execute automated test scripts and regression suites.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate customer interactions, routing flows, agent handoffs, and contact center functionality.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and release testing activities.

Preferred Background:

- Experience with IVR Testing and customer journey validation.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architect.
- Knowledge of ACD and Skills-Based Routing.
