The Quality Assurance Analyst reviews and assesses activities performed within the Bank’s first-line Operations. Supporting the Manager, this position helps maintain the Quality Assurance Framework for the SFR business. The work focuses on objective analysis of mortgage files and documentation, policy alignment, operating effectiveness, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review activities performed within first-line Bank Operations
- Assess SFR mortgage files and supporting documentation objectively
- Replicate credit decisions using TDS and GDS recalculations




- Execute activities within the Quality Assurance Framework
- Discuss and report findings with relevant stakeholders
