Lead robotic welding operations on-site in Lloydminster with Foremost, using welding expertise, fabrication knowledge, and automation skills. This is a full-time position.

Foremost seeks an experienced Robotics Weld Lead reporting to the Plant Superintendent. You will support robotic welding integration, programming, optimization, and continuous improvement. The position combines hands-on technical leadership with welding trials, troubleshooting, operator training, and collaboration across manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate, set up, program, and optimize robotic welding operations
- Develop welding processes, jigging, and fixtures for suitable parts
- Test programs and maintain consistent weld quality
- Train Robotics Operators in setup, safety, and troubleshooting




- Maintain programs, procedures, fixture documentation, and instructions

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of manufacturing or fabrication welding experience
- Knowledge of welding processes, fit-up, jigging, and fixturing
- Ability to interpret drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications
- Solid mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and attention to detail
- Robotic welding or automation experience is an asset
