Lead PCB programs at TTM Technologies, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales teams across customer accounts. As Program Manager, you own delivery from quotation through full-scale production, including NPI, prototypes, and volume transitions. You represent customer needs internally while managing milestones, risks, quality, costs, and schedules. The work requires PCB fabrication knowledge, customer-facing communication, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery for assigned customer programs Coordinate NPI, prototype builds, and volume production transitions Track delivery, yield, cost, RMA, and scorecard metrics Resolve schedule, quality,



and customer issues proactively Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality activities Requirements:

Five-plus years in customer-facing manufacturing program management At least three years in program or project management Working knowledge of PCB fabrication and manufacturability Oracle ERP or MRP experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive manufacturing experience Apply PCB fabrication, program management, and customer advocacy skills to deliver reliable products at TTM Technologies.
