The Brewery Operations Manager is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will oversee daily brewing and warehouse performance, manage production planning, and support the brand’s strategic development. The position combines procurement, colleague development, quality documentation, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan brewing and warehouse production operations
- Manage ingredients, supplies, inventory, procurement, and sourcing
- Lead recruitment, development, and performance of brewery colleagues




- Maintain quality control processes and documentation
- Support beer, RTD, and soda production

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ experience in brewing operations
- Minimum three years’ leadership experience with direct reports
- Degree or equivalent from a recognized brewing institute
- Mechanical aptitude and process management understanding
- Valid driver’s license and Canadian work eligibility
