This permanent full time Nurse Practitioner position serves scheduled and unscheduled patients within an interdisciplinary team. The practice includes primary care, chronic disease management, illness and injury prevention, and community development. You will evaluate outcomes, consult with team members, and use research, leadership, and educator skills to support care and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete comprehensive physical, psychological, cultural, spiritual, and social assessments
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic and laboratory screening tests




- Initiate treatment plans with patients and interdisciplinary team members
- Prescribe, adjust, and renew medications under CNNB rules
- Participate in community and population health interventions

Requirements:

- Registration with the College of Nursing of New Brunswick
- Current BCLS certification
- Knowledge of care across the health continuum and lifespan
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Organizational, leadership, teamwork, and independent decision-making abilities
