Heartful ABA Services seeks an experienced Registered Behaviour Analyst for an in-home ABA case. You will work with the child, family, and assigned therapist to develop meaningful goals, guide intervention, and review progress. The role includes supervision, parent coaching, clinical documentation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess strengths and needs with the family
- Develop measurable goals and behaviour support plans
- Observe therapists during scheduled home sessions
- Review data, graphs, and session documentation
- Adjust strategies and provide practical coaching

Requirements:

- Active autonomous-practice registration with CPBAO
- Experience providing ABA services to children
- Experience supervising ABA therapists
- Assessment and individualized-program development experience
- Availability for downtown Toronto home visits
