As Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will support regional leadership teams by creating and implementing human resources plans aligned with business strategy. Your scope includes workforce planning, organizational change, recruiting, training and development, performance management, and labour relations. The position requires experienced guidance across people-related priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders to build organizational capabilities and processes
- Forecast regional talent needs and execute succession strategies
- Lead employee relations investigations and recommendation follow-up




- Coach leaders on performance and talent management
- Analyze human resources key performance indicators

Requirements:

- Minimum eight years of relevant human resources experience
- Robust recruiting, performance management, and labour relations background
- Human resources or related post-secondary degree
- Workplace investigations and organizational change experience
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
