As Manufacturing Superintendent, you will guide team leads and employees through daily GMP production, purification, isolation, and packaging. The operation includes synthetic chemical, natural extraction, and fermentation-related products. BIOVECTRA, part of Agilent, supports clinical-to-commercial production for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee team leads and review departmental production work
- Mentor production employees and provide constructive input
- Review completed batch production records and resolve documentation items
- Troubleshoot equipment, process,



and facility issues
- Participate in audits, inspections, hiring, and performance evaluations

Requirements:

- High School Diploma and one year technical experience
- Ability to work twelve-hour rotating shifts
- Experience with software, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Ability to use a respirator and lift fifty pounds
- Solid judgment, integrity, independence, and decision-making skills
