The Operational Excellence Manager develops operating models, identifies performance gaps, and prioritizes measurable action. This role applies OPEX, Kaizen, and TPM across supply chain and manufacturing. You will coach teams, support change, and integrate sustainability into process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop operating models using leading indicators and performance data
- Align cross-functional priorities and remove execution barriers
- Build daily, weekly, and monthly operating routines
- Improve People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost




- Embed Kaizen and TPM across everyday operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or operations management
- Minimum three years’ operational excellence or continuous improvement experience
- Mastery of OPEX, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies
- Ability to translate data insights into measurable results
- Experience coaching leaders and teams through improvement
