Coordinate MEP systems for OTG’s Ontario Line South Civil package in Downtown Toronto, using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM modeling expertise.

The MEP Coordinator oversees Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination within OLS stations. This position integrates MEP with Civil, Architectural, and RSSOM Systems through design reviews, spatial coordination, and stakeholder communication. You will support multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors across a major transit infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate MEP services with Civil, Architectural, and Rolling Stock Systems
- Manage MEP integration progress reporting and weekly stakeholder meetings
- Review design documentation and subcontractor shop drawings




- Analyze federated BIM models and manage clash detection reports
- Coordinate openings, congested areas, and typical sections

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- At least eight years’ MEP coordination experience
- Mandatory proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM modeling
- Railway or large-scale infrastructure project experience is advantageous
- Fluent English and solid communication skills
