As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee safe, effective, and compliant daily operations while developing the pharmacy team. Responsibilities include dispensing, Level C compounding support, inventory control, workflow management, and collaboration with the adjacent dermatology clinic. You will also support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, pharmacy programs, and agreed performance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions
- Dispense medications and support Level C compounding operations
- Counsel patients on medication use, adherence,



and side effects
- Lead scheduling, coaching, training, and team performance
- Manage workflows, inventory, records, quality, and compliance

Requirements:

- BScPharm or PharmD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Manitoba pharmacist licence in good standing
- Eligibility for pharmacy manager designation under Manitoba requirements
- One to two years of retail pharmacy experience
- Injection certification and pharmacy software proficiency
