Mining Exploration Technicians are sought by Agnico Eagle Mines for their Nunavut-Kivalliq operations. This role involves supporting geologists and ensuring smooth field and core shack operations in a fly-in fly-out environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in exploration, a rigorous approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in remote conditions. What You’ll Need





- College Diploma in mining technology or relevant training
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exploration or core shack
- Physical ability to manipulate loads of 50 pounds and walk extended distances in the tundra
- Experience supporting geologists and working in a core shack
- Experience with remediation and reclamation work
- Surveying experience
- Familiarity with total station, Leica, GPS, and drone operation (asset)
- Basic vehicle operator skills (snowcat, challenger, skid steer) (asset)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work in English (official language at Nunavut operations)
