Lead clinical care for high-risk youth at Strides Toronto through multidisciplinary supervision and residential treatment oversight. This full-time role offers hybrid work flexibility.

The Manager, CREST Live-In Treatment provides clinical and administrative leadership within a 24-hour residential program. You will guide interdisciplinary staff, coordinate care, oversee operations, and support assessments and treatment planning. The role requires trauma-informed practice, DSM-V knowledge, and familiarity with CBT, DBT, and related treatment modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical direction to live-in and day treatment teams
- Coordinate subcontracted multidisciplinary healthcare providers and consultants
- Maintain staffing, licensing, accreditation, and operational requirements




- Complete residential licensing reports and required incident documentation
- Maintain secure residential spaces and support Occupational Health and Safety compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, ideally with relevant college registration
- Trauma-informed care training or delivery experience
- Three to five years supporting complex needs
- At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Residential treatment, facilities, or operational management experience
