Handle commercial auto claims end to end as a Claims Advisor at Gore Mutual, with hybrid work including two weekly days in Cambridge.

You will manage Fleet and Garage claims while supporting personal auto matters. The work includes coverage decisions, liability investigation, customer updates, and broker service. You will report to the Team Leader, Auto Physical Damage, within a supported claims team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complex theft, fire, coverage, and unlisted driver claims
- Gather information and investigate liability for submitted claims
- Facilitate repairs, replacements, rentals, and total loss settlements
- Refer qualifying claims to SIU or Subrogation teams
- Record notes, issue payments, and respond to enquiries

Requirements:

- Prior experience handling auto claims
- Experience advising customers and working with brokers
- IRCA, Fleet, and Garage claims experience preferred
- Robust customer service and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office and relevant computer application proficiency
