As Lead Operations Engineer, you will oversee engineering performance across assigned operating assets. You will lead staff development, align technical priorities, risk, investment, and resources, and coordinate engineering responses. The work emphasizes prioritization, delegation, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment. You will maintain technical depth while challenging, coaching, and assuring work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering performance across assigned operating assets
- Prioritize maintenance capital, reliability, risk reduction, and optimization needs
- Develop staff through expectations, delegation,

- Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, and portfolio priorities
- Report portfolio health, risks, investments, constraints, and decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- 12+ years of oil and gas industry experience
- Experience supporting operating assets
- Qualified designation registered with APEGA
- Ability to travel to operational sites or corporate offices
