Operating in a high volume, rapid-paced environment this role requires time management and organizational skills to thrive.We’ve got so much more we want to tell you, so here it goes:The RoleReview and processes all invoices for payment generation according to vendor terms and agreements.Processes cheque requests and pays vendors by monitoring statements.Resolves purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation, insuring credit is received for outstanding memos, issuing stop payments or purchase order amendments.Audits employees expense reports against receipts, follows up with any discrepancies for reconciliation.Charges expenses to accounts and cost centres by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies informing manager of any anomalies.Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately,
