This Manager, Supply Chain Management position leads the site Supply Chain function and reports to the Site Head. It connects capacity, inventory, materials, scheduling, warehousing, logistics, packaging, and quality-system requirements. The role also leads supply governance, continuity planning, product launches, and a team of 9 to 12 people. Key Responsibilities:

Lead integrated supply planning, scheduling, capacity, and inventory decisions Oversee material ordering, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control Direct packaging, visual inspection, quality,



and compliance activities Lead Sales and Operations Planning and business continuity scenarios Coach and develop the Supply Chain team Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Minimum five years of supply chain experience Minimum three years of people-leadership experience Knowledge of planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and cost stewardship Solid analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Apply supply planning, regulated manufacturing, inventory management, and people leadership expertise to this Prince Edward Island site.
