Remote across Canada, this Senior Project Engineer role centers on multidisciplinary engineering oversight, risk management, and delivery coordination for mining development. Travel may be required as project needs dictate.

Insight Global seeks a senior engineer for an initial 12-month contract with potential extension. Supporting an owner-side team, you will coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineering interfaces. The position focuses on connecting dependencies across a major greenfield mining program and progressing engineering toward construction and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across major mining development workstreams
- Manage work packages, schedules, resources, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables
- Monitor progress and identify risks, blockers, and schedule impacts




- Coordinate Engineering Service Providers and hold providers accountable
- Escalate critical decisions and information to maintain delivery momentum

Requirements:

- 10+ years of engineering and project engineering experience
- Direct mining or mineral-processing project experience
- Multidisciplinary experience across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, or process engineering
- Owner-side, Owner’s Engineer, EPC, EPCM, or comparable experience
- P.Eng. designation in Canada
