The work spans policy placement, acquisition due diligence, claims review, renewals, and risk strategy. You will collaborate with insurers, brokers, portfolio companies, subsidiaries, service providers, and senior leaders across complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support acquisition due diligence and onboard assets globally
- Coordinate insurance and risk management activities across stakeholders
- Manage claims, documentation, correspondence, and advocacy
- Lead renewals, market submissions, strategy,



and vendor management
- Audit programs and monitor risk exposure trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and four to five years' relevant experience
- Risk management, compliance, insurance, or brokerage background
- Property and Casualty coverage and market understanding
- Solid Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel between Canada and the United States
