Drive data-driven financial analysis at Lightspeed as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision-making. Build complex Excel models and extract insights.

As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will help senior leaders stay accountable to budget targets. The position combines financial modeling, business partnership, reporting, and problem-solving. You will improve planning processes, analyze large datasets, and support decisions with useful metrics and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build partnerships with leaders across the business
- Prepare presentations for the Senior Management team
- Improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes




- Analyze monthly and quarterly budget and forecast performance
- Deliver timely month-end variance and management reporting

Requirements:

- Three to five years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Expert knowledge of Excel and financial modeling experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid communication with all levels of management
