Proposal Strategist

EY is hiring a Proposal Strategist for an 18-month contract on its Canada Strategic Proposal team. The role supports business development across services and sectors by shaping proposal strategy and coordinating proposal development.

Responsibilities

- Lead communications and strategy for large, complex proposals, including facilitating win strategy sessions.
- Research, write, edit and review proposal content and oral presentation materials.
- Coordinate contributors, meetings, schedules and follow-up to keep proposal work on track and meet quality standards.
- Coach teams on presentation collateral and ensure final materials follow firm brand standards.
- Manage multiple proposals and priorities,



and liaise with response teams and support functions.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree required; a major in language, communications, marketing or business is noted as relevant.
- Three to five years of relevant experience, including understanding of proposal development and management.
- Strong writing, editing, project management and organizational skills.
- Qualified services experience is desirable. English fluency is required; French is preferred but not mandatory.

Location: St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Contract term: 18 months.
