The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders, technology teams, subject matter experts, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements through discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct gap, feasibility, impact, and future-state process analysis




- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and change management
- Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across workstreams

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of Business Analyst experience in financial services
- Transformation experience within banking, wealth management, or fintech
- Robust Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology knowledge
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office, Excel, or SQL
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
