Support Members at GoodLife Fitness Clubs in Toronto Richmond and Bathurst through fitness knowledge, sales, and polished communication. This part time Motivator role welcomes every visitor.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will guide Members and Potential Members through club interactions and services. The work includes front desk support, membership sales, system updates, FitFix and Cardio machine assistance, and professional issue resolution. Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and safe setting remains central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Members with FitFix and Cardio machine questions
- Explain memberships, services, amenities, and products
- Sell memberships and services when opportunities arise




- Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for Members
- Handle comments, suggestions, and concerns professionally

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the fitness industry
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and diffuse tense situations
- Willingness to complete required learning and meetings
- Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset
