Is a national full-service Bay Street law firm located in Toronto.ResponsibilitiesSupport a broad transactional tax practice across the full lifecycle of transactions.Advise on private equity, high-net-worth client, and insurance-related matters.Build both transactional and standalone tax experience within a nationally integrated tax group.QualificationsCalled to the Ontario Bar with approximately 2 to 7 years of tax experience.Robust transactional tax background.Strong technical skills, commercial judgment, and interest in developing a long-term tax practice.Collaborative, proactive, and motivated by mentorship and growth opportunities.Compensation: aligned with the Bay Street marketStrong mentorship from senior tax partners and a genuine succession-planning opportunity.
