EB Horsman & Son seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative for its full time permanent Kamloops branch. You will strengthen customer and supplier relationships while supporting accurate quotations, sales orders, returns, and sales targets. The position works closely with Outside Sales and the Branch Manager to resolve issues and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inquiries and support customers and sales teams
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and product proposals accurately
- Process orders and maintain customer records
- Monitor inventory, discrepancies, and customer demand
- Coordinate shipments and return authorizations

Requirements:

- 10+ years of sales and customer service experience
- 7+ years of electrical or lighting industry experience
- Required electrical and lighting product knowledge
- Intermediate MS Office and software learning skills
- Basic mathematical skills and broad product expertise
