Lead Allied Health services across Central Alberta as an Area Manager, using operational leadership and inter-professional collaboration. This regular full time position offers hybrid work within Alberta.

As part of Alberta Health Services’ Central Zone Allied Health Leadership team, you will guide a large inter-professional team. The position supports patient and family centered care across Sundre, Olds, Innisfail, Three Hills, Drumheller, Hanna, and Oyen. You will help implement program and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direction, leadership, and operational organization
- Support best practices and evidence-based allied health care
- Lead operational planning, management, and change initiatives
- Foster networks, partnerships, and standards of practice




- Manage safety, risk, people, and relationships

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in an Allied Health discipline
- Current registration with the appropriate provincial regulatory college
- Three years’ leadership or management experience within five years
- Experience in a significant, complex, and diverse organization preferred
- Satisfactory criminal record or Vulnerable Sector screening required
